Create beautiful watercolor backgrounds and special wash effects! 

Use these watercolors on a variety of papers, matboards, clay media, leather, wood and fabric.  Use additionally with media appropriate sealants and/or fixatives.

The color samples are made using our Fiber Paper.  You can see how simply splashing with water can create a wonderous effect.  Water will lift off the color, and you can blot it off (if desired) with a paper towel to reveal a lighter color underneath.   

Practice applying your watercolors using a "sweeping" motion (as you would with aerosol spray paint) vs. simply "squirting" using no motion.  You can also paint directly from the bottle with a brush.
